Indian killed in Israel, wasn’t allowed to move to safe zone, says dad

Patnibin Maxwell, from Kollam, India, was killed in a cross-border attack by Hezbollah in Galilee, Israel. Two other Keralites were injured. Patnibin's father had advised him to move to a safer zone.
