‘Gang war’ blaze leaves one dead, another injured in Delhi

In Northeast Delhi's Seelampur, two men were shot near a public toilet. The notorious Hashim Baba gang targeted the rival Irfan Chhenu gang. Arbaaz was targeted previously when his brother was killed. Police are conducting raids to nab the accused.
