Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday announced another 5 guarantees each for 'Shramik Nyay' (Labour Justice) and 'Hissedari Nyay' (Participatory Justice), ahead of Lok Sabha polls. The party also promised to increase reservation limits to 50% for SC, ST, and OBC through a Constitutional amendment.
