Luring them with chips, toffees, Delhi factory worker kidnaps five kids to 'sell them'

Setu Verma lured schoolchildren to Narela station but was stopped by alert cops. The children were reunited with parents, and Verma, a factory worker, was arrested for kidnapping. Railway Police conducted a test identification parade.
