Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to remain in Tihar jail: High court says no different probe for classes & masses

The Delhi high court on Tuesday confirmed the legality of Kejriwal's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scheme. The HC ruled that the data acquired by ED demonstrated that he allegedly conspired and was actively involved in the use and concealment of criminal gains.
