Defence Secretary to lead Indian delegation at SCO Defence Ministers' meet in Kazakhstan
Wednesday, 24 April 2024 () Defence Secretary Giridhar Aramane is leading the Indian delegation to Kazakhstan's Astana from April 25-26, 2024 for the Annual Meeting of the Defence Ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Member States, the Ministry of Defence said in a release on Wednesday.
Defence secretary Grant Shapps says that Jens Stoltenberg, the secretary general of NATO, is delighted with the UK's commitment to spending 2.5% of GDP on defence by 2030.
