Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today assured that the Kasthurirangan Committee report on Western Ghats conservation would not be implemented in a hurry.Addressing the Chief Minister's Mass Contact Programme in Kozhikode this morning, he said the report will be implemented only after addressing public apprehensions over the committee’s recommendations.
