Kobian launches the Mercury MagiQ 5-inch dual-SIM hybrid for Rs 12,700

Ever since the Galaxy Note has proven that there is a market for 5-plus inch hybrid devices, there has been a sudden proliferation of phablets in the market. And this has happened both at the high-end and the low-end of the market. Kobian has today launched another such product in India. It is the Mercury MagiQ which happens to be a 5-inch dual-SIM hybrid. The device has been launched for Rs 12,700. Powered by Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, the MagiQ runs on a 1GHz single-core processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of storage, dual-SIM capabilities and a 5-inch capacitive multi-touch display.
