People Magazine has named Patrick Dempsey as its Sexiest Man Alive for 2023.
It was revealed on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'
That the 57-year-old actor, most famously playing Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on 'Grey's Anatomy', was taking the title from 2022's Sexiest Man Alive Chris Evans.
