Central European countries show deep rifts on Ukraine war at V4 meeting
The Czech Republic and Poland are providing military aid to Ukraine, while Hungary and Slovakia say they won't send arms to Kyiv but are ready to contribute humanitarian or financial aid.
Ukraine has been rationing ammunition and bullets; meanwhile the Russian army has been using 'human wave' tactics by sending poorly trained recruits to the frontline in a bid to force Ukraine use up all of its ammunition.
