The neighbour of a woman who was mauled to death by XL Bully dogs, says she never saw muzzled dogs anywhere on the estate. Aimee Marston said "We've never ever seen an XL Bully. If they were registered, we would have seen muzzled dogs but I've got two ex-racing greyhounds and we walk them all the time and we never ever see muzzled dogs on the estate."
