Back in 2018 then President Donald Trump traveled to Wisconsin with Taiwanese company Foxconn, promising a $10 billion investment and more than 13,000 jobs for locals.
Now, on the eve of another election, President Biden has traveled there as well, highlighting where Trump’s promises fell short and hoping to contrast himself with an American investment instead.
