Benson James Boone is an American singer. Born and raised in Monroe, Washington, his career began when he started sharing his music on the social media platform TikTok, subsequently being invited to join the American Idol competition. He competed, but later withdrew from the competition, but continued to gain popularity on TikTok, and subsequently signed to Night Street Records, the label of Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds.
