Matthew Charles Eberflus is an American professional football coach who most recently was the head coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL) from 2022 to 2024. He also served as the defensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2021 and as the linebacker coach for the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys, and has coached at Toledo and Missouri.
