Jay Stansfield is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL League One club Birmingham City. He began his football career with Exeter City, joined Fulham as a 16-year-old, and spent the 2022–23 season on loan at Exeter City. He has represented England at under-18, under-20 and under-21 levels.
