Jean-Noël Barrot is a French politician who has served as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the government of Prime Minister Michel Barnier since 21 September 2024. A member of the Democratic Movement (MoDem), he previously served as Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Telecommunications in the government of Élisabeth Borne from 2022 to 2024 and Minister Delegate for European Affairs in the government of Gabriel Attal in 2024.
