Eileen Gleeson is an Irish association football manager who has been head coach of the Republic of Ireland women's team since 2023. Prior to her appointment as Ireland manager she was the Football Association of Ireland's (FAI) Head of Women and Girls Football. She also spent two years as Assistant Coach to Vera Pauw with the Ireland womenβs team.
