Ilona Maher is an American rugby union player. She debuted for the United States women's national rugby union team against Japan in 2018, and represented the United States in rugby sevens at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. As a member of the U.S. Women's Sevens team, she won a bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
