Nitin Agarwal is an Indian politician, serving as Minister of State for Excise & Liquor Prohibition in the state government of Uttar Pradesh. He is elected as a member of the 18th Legislative Assembly. He represents the Hardoi constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is an elected member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly on 18 October 2021. He resigned from his post on 19 January 2022.
