Celeste Saulo: Argentine climatologist
Andrea Celeste Saulo is an Argentine meteorologist and educator who became Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in 2024. She served as director of the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN) from 2014, and she was the first vice president of the World Meteorological Organization in 2018. She was the first woman to hold WMO offices.
