Hamdan Ballal Al-Huraini is a Palestinian filmmaker, photographer, farmer and human rights activist from Susiya, a village in the West Bank. Ballal co-directed the documentary No Other Land, alongside Basel Adra, Yuval Abraham, and Rachel Szor. The film, shot between 2019 and 2023, documents the experiences of Palestinian communities in Masafer Yatta amid displacement efforts by Israeli authorities and settlers. It premiered at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) in 2024 and won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2025.
