Fine Gael ( FEEN-nə GAYL, FIN-, Irish: [ˌfʲɪnʲə ˈɡeːl̪ˠ]; English: "Family of the Irish" is a liberal-conservative and Christian democratic political party in Ireland. Fine Gael is currently the third-largest party in the Republic of Ireland in terms of members of Dáil Éireann. The party had a membership of 25,000 in 2021. Simon Harris succeeded Leo Varadkar as party leader on 24 March 2024.
