[Daily Trust] The Presidency says the recent defection of Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the Vice-Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last election, Ifeanyi Okowa, into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has thrown the opposition into disarray.
