Adani buys remaining 51% stake in BQ-publisher Quintillion Business Media

Adani Enterprises Ltd, owned by billionaire Gautam Adani, has acquired the remaining 51% stake in Quintillion Business Media Pvt Ltd, gaining full control of the digital business news platform. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Adani had previously acquired a 49% stake in Quintillion. The platform, BQ Prime, was formerly known as Bloomberg Quint before Bloomberg exited the joint venture in March 2021.
