OpenAI's chief technology officer, Mira Murati, will serve as interim CEO while they search for a permanent replacement. Another co-founder and executive, Greg Brockman, will step down as chairman but remain with the company. Altman expressed surprise and anger over his removal, citing conflicts with board members.
