Wednesday, 17 April 2024 Tesla Inc. plans to seek approval from shareholders once more for Elon Musk's $56 billion compensation package after a court voided it earlier this year. The proposal, revealed in a proxy filing on Wednesday, also includes a vote on relocating the company's state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware. Tesla's annual meeting is set for June 13.
