Tata Power to buy 40% in Bhutan hydro project

Tata Power acquired a 40% stake in Bhutan's Khorlochhu Hydro Power project for Rs 830 crore, aiming to enhance its green energy portfolio. The 600MW project requires an investment of Rs 6,900 crore. Additionally, Tata Power announced the termination of its global depository shares from the Luxembourg stock exchange due to inactivity.
