Disney, Reliance offer ad rate concessions for deal: Report

Disney and Reliance have made concessions to gain antitrust approval for their $8.5-billion media merger, offering not to hike advertisement rates unreasonably. However, they declined to sell cricket broadcast rights, which are crucial to the deal. Despite this, they aim to create India's largest entertainment player, challenging Sony, Netflix, and Amazon.
