TCS increments: Tata Consultancy Services to roll out salary hike letters soon; increases like in 4-8% range

TCS will implement annual salary increases for FY25 in March, ranging between 4-8%. The hikes are linked to adherence to its return-to-office directive. Previous increments were higher, averaging 7-9% in FY24 and 10.5% in FY22.
