The police say Timberlake's car was swerving, so they pulled him over. A field sobriety test was conducted, which Timberlake reportedly failed. . He refused to take a breathalyzer test, sources say. . Timberlake was later "arraigned and released without bail," TMZ reports. . His next court date is scheduled for July 26.
