Director Vishal Bharadwaj expressed regrets about the ending and release date of his movie 'Rangoon,' which led to a box office loss. He should have been stricter with the release date and prioritized fine VFX work. He admires Sanjay Leela Bhansali for focusing on quality rather than box office results. Vishal also admitted budgeting 'Rangoon' at Rs 35 crores when it needed Rs 70 crores, a huge mistake. He feels he should have learned from Shekhar Kapur's example of disowning a movie. Additionally, his VFX supervisor leaving was his own mistake. His recent project 'Khufiya' received positive reviews.
