Veteran Tamil actress gets killed by her son

Veteran actress Kasammal was fatally assaulted by her son, allegedly due to a dispute over alcohol money. Despite intervention by authorities, she succumbed to her injuries. The son was arrested, and the murder weapon confiscated. Kasammal had a career in acting, notably appearing in 'Kadaisi Vivasayi.'
