Prabhas was doubtful about 'Sardar' look in Bhairava Anthem

The collaboration between Prabhas and Diljit Dosanjh on the song "Bhairava Anthem" from "Kalki 2898 AD" was a source of delight for fans, bridging their distinct backgrounds. Choreographer Pony Verma, integral to the project, initially faced skepticism from producers and Prabhas regarding giving him a sardar look, which Diljit wholeheartedly supported. In an interview, Pony assured Diljit of maintaining Prabhas's regal portrayal to respect his stature among fans. She stressed the delicate balance needed to ensure equal representation for North and South Indian audiences during choreography. Pony admired Diljit's Coachella-inspired appearance and believed it would suit Prabhas well, although producers initially doubted its fit with "Kalki" promotion. Despite reservations, she argued that both sporting sardar looks would add a distinctive visual appeal to the song.
