From a young age, Saira Banu idolized Dilip Kumar and went all out to impress him at the Mughal-e-Azam premiere. Despite her excitement, Dilip didn’t attend, leading to Saira’s disappointment. He finally saw the film years later at FTII, thanks to Saira's efforts. Mughal-e-Azam remains a classic in his legacy.
