Bombay HC turns down Kangana Ranaut's plea

Kangana Ranaut and 'Emergency' filmmakers sought certification from the CBFC through a petition in Bombay High Court. The court instructed CBFC to address objections by September 13 before issuing a certificate. The next hearing is on September 18. Advocate Abhinav Chandrachud represented CBFC, requesting more time due to Ganpatia festival, which was denied.
