Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, married since November 14, 2018, announced in February 2024 that they’re expecting their first child. Despite expectations of a career slowdown, Deepika continued her work on Singham Again and Kalki AD 2898. Their Instagram post, featuring baby-themed drawings, revealed the baby’s due date as September 2024.
