Rape cases: Actor Mukesh arrested, Siddique on the run

The Kerala High Court has denied actor Siddique's bail plea in a 2016 rape case. Meanwhile, Mukesh, a CPI(M) MLA, was arrested and released on bail for allegedly sexually assaulting another actress. These legal actions come after the Justice K Hema Committee report revealed harassment in the Malayalam cinema industry.
