Certificate to given to Kangana's Emergency only if they make cuts

As per the latest hearing at the Bombay High Court, the CBFC has decided to give certification to the Kangana Ranaut starrer only if they make the suggested cuts. The production house has asked for time to decide if they want to make those cuts. The next hearing will take place on September 30.
