Did you know that Abhishek Bachchan, along with his megastar father Amitabh Bachchan, has rented out the ground floor of their bungalows, Vatsa and Ammu, in Juhu, Mumbai, to the State Bank of India (SBI) for a whopping Rs 18.9 lakh per month? Yes, you read that right! The lease agreement, registered on September 28, 2021, spans 15 years and includes a 25 per cent rental escalation every five years.
