Govinda's former secretary and longtime friend, Shashi Prabhu, passed away on Thursday at 4 PM at his residence in Niranjan Society, Chikuwadi, Borivali West. According to sources, Prabhu had been battling heart issues and had recently undergone bypass surgery. His funeral took place at 10 PM, where an emotional Govinda was seen mourning his close friend’s demise.
