Harvey granted hospital stay during #MeToo retrial

Harvey Weinstein has been moved from Rikers Island to Bellevue Hospital after a judge approved his request for medical treatment during his retrial. His lawyers argued that the jail conditions exacerbated his health issues, including leukemia and diabetes. The retrial on rape and sexual assault charges will resume next week after jury selection.
