Wednesday, 2 August 2023 One of Lizzo's former backup dancers who has filed a lawsuit against the singer has said she is "contradicting everything she stands for behind the scenes".

are suing her for an alleged "hostile work environment and harassment," CNN reports.
Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. (BGBT), Lizzo's production company, and someone named "dance cast captain" are also being sued. .
