Tories have 'zero tolerance' for sexual misconduct, says Dowden in face of rape cover-up claims

Deputy prime minister Oliver Dowden said earlier today that Moscow allegedly use Facebook pages to grow support for Reform UK adding that "it's a classic example from the Russian playbook" and warning that Kremlin's interference in the general election is "gravely concerning".
