Health secretary to ask NHS chief to review case of boy, 5, who died a week after being sent home from hospital
The uncle of five-year-old Yusuf Nazir who died a week after he was sent home from a hospital emergency department has told Sky News the health secretary is to ask NHS England chief Amanda Pritchard to look at the case.
