Government to effectively block Abu Dhabi-led Telegraph takeover

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron have reportedly discussed deploying European peacekeeping troops to Ukraine, according to the Telegraph. While Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky supports the idea, Starmer remains hesitant due to concerns over troop safety and possible escalation. Macron also proposed the idea to Poland, which declined involvement.
