Thursday, 11 April 2024 South Korea's liberal opposition party has won by a landslide in parliamentary elections - with senior ruling party politicians reportedly offering to resign following the crushing defeat.
South Korea's main opposition party leader, Lee Jae-myung, says he will work for "a better tomorrow" following his party's victory in the country's parliamentary elections. The Democratic Party saw their seat tally rise to 175 from 156 in the outgoing legislature.
