Leicestershire batter tears up record book hitting 43 runs in one over
Wednesday, 26 June 2024 Louis Kimber has torn up the cricket County Championship record book in an outstanding innings that saw him take 43 runs off a single over.
The Met Office has upgraded its yellow weather warning to an amber 'be prepared' rainfall warning as showers are forecast to be heavier that expected.
Areas affected by the amber warning include Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, parts of south-west England and the West Midlands, which could see 30-40 mm of rainfall within three hours.
