Advaithi finished her mechanical engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Thereafter in 2005, she pursued a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Later, she started her professional career at Eaton in Shawnee, Oklahoma, as a shop floor supervisor.
