NHS must 'reform or die', warns PM - as new report says service in 'critical condition'
Wednesday, 11 September 2024 () Sir Keir Starmer will warn the NHS must "reform or die", as the government publishes an independent investigation into the state of the health service.
Starmer's comments come a day after it emerged that the US and UK had made the decision to allow Ukraine to use partly British-made Storm Shadow missiles to strike targets deeper inside Russia.
