Huge scale of Starmer's gifts and freebies revealed - dwarfing all other MPs
Wednesday, 18 September 2024 () Sir Keir Starmer has received substantially more freebies than any other MP since becoming Labour leader, Sky News can reveal.
Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds has defended Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer after he declared he had accepted more than £100,000 in freebies and gifts. Asked about whether it was “justifiable”, Reynolds said, “I don’t think there’s a problem with that”.

The health secretary has vowed to end "two-tier healthcare" in the NHS in a speech delivered at the Labour conference. Wes Streeting said the NHS has let people down in recent years. "We are the generation that will build a national care service worthy of it's name. That's the change Britain voted for," he said.
